Roosevelt Lake and Dam

I love Dams. Yes, I said it, love them. I think they are enormous monuments to human ingenuity. On the way home from Besh Ba Gowah, Dad had us stop at the Dam. The kids were, of course, very unimpressed, but I loved it. I am always amazed that we are able to harness the power and course of water to create electricity and conserve water for the dry Arizona desert
